Rogers Outdoor Sports does not allow refunds for merchandise but will allow a Store Credit or Exchange for items for 7 Days from the original purchase date. This is based on the product being un-used in new condition. Marine and Power Sport Parts that were incorrectly ordered will be exchanged for the correct part as long as the original part is un-used in the original packing material. Fishing Tackle is not refundable but if a manufactures defect does occur Rogers Outdoor Sports will return the product on the customer’s behalf and based on the Manufacture’s guidelines an exchange may or may not occur.

Power Sports products are covered by the Arkansas Lemon Law and Rogers Outdoor Sports follows Arkansas Guideline regardless of which state the customer resides in.

Generators will not be returned for store credit or exchanged for another generator but will be governed by a six month parts and labor limited warranty issued by the manufacturer.
